great location helpful staff friendly staff broken air conditioner missing fridge missing furniture
The location was excellent. Many restaurants are nearby (i liked the sushi place a lot). Staff members were helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to two metro stations, so transportation was easy.
The air conditioner did not work properly. I could set the temperature, but the air never cooled. Some basic furniture was missing. There was no mini fridge for my drinks.
