i found the room quiet, a welcome surprise given the hotel's location in a bustling area. the room was clean, and the staff provided a friendly welcome. i appreciated the many food options on odessa street, so close to the accommodation.
i noticed a lack of nespresso machine pod replacements after the first day. though initially provided, they were not replenished , so i had to do without my morning coffee.

The location was excellent. Many restaurants are nearby (i liked the sushi place a lot). Staff members were helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to two metro stations, so transportation was easy.
The air conditioner did not work properly. I could set the temperature, but the air never cooled. Some basic furniture was missing. There was no mini fridge for my drinks.

the location offers great access to metro lines. i found cafes and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and greeted me often.
the room wasn't quite ready when i arrived so i had to wait. the housekeeper left the door open one day. the double beds were not comfortable.
